Due to the wide variety of factors that can affect tree growth, the Lower Platte North NRD cannot guarantee survival rates of tree seedlings. Tree seedlings are sold "as-is" and poor survival rates will not be considered grounds for a refund.
If the NRD is unable to obtain sufficient stock of a tree species to meet your order, you may request a different species be substituted or a refund for that portion of your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are paying the correct amount for your Rural Water bill. If you accidentally overpay, you may choose to have the overage credited to your account or request a refund for the overage amount.
