Order Form for Hand-Plant Trees
To place your order for hand-plant trees, select the desired quantity in the box next to each species. You must order in multiples of 25 for each species.
This form is intended for handplant orders only; for machine plant orders, contact Bob Heimann directly.
Payment
When you have finished picking out your trees/shrubs, note your total and then make a check in that amount payable to the Lower Platte North Natural Resources District, and send to:
